Privacy and What Happens to Your Data
The calculators on this site run in your browser, the numbers you type are never sent to a server, and this page sets out the rest of what is and is not collected.
Calculators run in your browser
The calculators run in the browser and the numbers you enter are never sent to a server. Position size, margin and pip values are worked out on your own device, so the figures you type do not leave it and are not stored by the desk.
That design is deliberate. A margin figure at 1:500 on standard forex accounts, within DFSA/SCA-compliant limits and varying by instrument, is only an illustration of the formula, and there is no reason for the desk to see the amounts a reader is testing.
Traffic counts and local storage
Only aggregate traffic counts are kept, such as how many times a page was opened. These counts do not identify individual readers and are used to see which pages are read and which are not.
Local storage holds your own preferences on your own device, for example a setting you chose in a calculator. It stays in your browser and is not a record the desk can read from a server.
What the bitcoin calculators do with the numbers you type
The bitcoin calculators on Zabeel Token process every number you enter entirely inside your browser, and those numbers are never transmitted to this site or to any broker. Lot size, entry price, leverage, account balance and stop distance are held in the page's memory only for as long as the tab is open. When you close or refresh the tab, they are gone. No copy is written to a server, an email or a database, because the calculator has no connection that would carry it there.
The arithmetic follows the instrument definition used throughout the site: for bitcoin (BTC/USD), one standard lot equals 1 BTC and one pip equals 1.0, with a reference price of about 77000.0. Margin is calculated from position size, price and the leverage cap you select, not from any figure supplied by a broker. For example, at the maximum leverage available in the UAE of up to 1:500 on standard forex accounts, within DFSA/SCA-compliant limits, a 0.10-lot bitcoin position needs about $385.00 margin. That is a worked illustration of the formula, not a quote from any account.
Because the inputs stay in the browser, there is no stored record of what you calculated, no history to clear and no profile built from your scenarios. If you share your screen or use a shared device, the visible numbers are the only trace, and closing the tab removes them. The site cannot retrieve a calculation you made yesterday, and no support request can recover one. Treat the calculator as a scratchpad: the output depends on the inputs you choose, and the risk of acting on it remains yours.
What leaves your browser when you follow a broker link
When you click a broker link on Zabeel Token, your browser sends a request directly to that broker, not through this site. The request carries your IP address, the page you came from as a referrer, your browser and device details, and any affiliate identifier placed in the link. The broker receives this before its own page loads and handles it under its own privacy policy, which is separate from this one. Nothing about the numbers you typed into a calculator is attached to that request, because those numbers never leave your browser.
The affiliate identifier in the link tells the broker that the visit originated here; it does not tell the broker who you are. It is not linked to any name, email address or account you may later open with the broker, because Zabeel Token does not hold those details. If you have a browser setting or extension that strips referrer information, the broker may see only that a visit arrived from an unidentified source. The identifier is a routing label, not a profile.
Once you are on the broker's site, everything from that point is between you and the broker. Account opening, identity checks, deposits in AED by local bank transfer, card or e-wallet, and any trading activity are recorded by the broker under its own licence and policies. FxPro Global Markets MENA Ltd. serves the UAE and is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA, so its data handling follows those obligations rather than anything Zabeel Token controls. Read the broker's privacy notice before you submit personal details there.
How a change to this privacy policy is announced
Any change to this privacy policy is announced by replacing the policy text on this page and updating the effective date shown at the top of it. There is no separate email alert, account notification or pop-up campaign, because the site does not hold contact details for readers. The current version on this page is always the version that applies. If you want to know what changed, compare the effective date with the date you last read it; a later date means the text has been revised.
Changes are limited to describing what the site actually does, so they will follow a new tool, a new third-party service or a change in how affiliate links are structured. They will not quietly widen what is collected beyond what the revised text states. Because the calculators run in your browser and the site stores only what the policy lists, most revisions concern wording and third-party descriptions rather than new categories of data. The policy will not be altered to apply retroactively to a visit that already happened.
Continued use of the site after a revision means you are reading the revised policy, not that you have consented to something undisclosed. If a change matters to you, the practical step is to re-read this page before relying on it, particularly the sections on affiliate tracking and third parties. For anything the policy does not answer, the site's contact route is the place to ask, and a reply will describe the current practice rather than a future intention. No change will be announced only inside a broker's own documents.
Affiliate tracking when you click through to a broker
When you follow a link from Zabeel Token to FxPro, the link may carry a parameter that tells FxPro the visit came from this site. That is affiliate tracking, stated plainly: if you open an account and trade, the site may receive a commission from the broker. The parameter identifies the site, not you as an individual, and it does not change the price you pay or the spread you are quoted. The cost of trading still consists of the broker's own spread, commission, and swap, which depend on the instrument and account type.
Affiliate tracking does not give Zabeel Token access to your trading account, your balance, your positions, or your funding details. We do not receive your name, email, or bank transfer information from FxPro. The only thing the tracking parameter does is attribute the referral. Whether a commission is paid depends on the broker's own terms and on whether you meet its criteria for a funded account. No commission is paid on the calculator figures you type here, because those figures never reach the broker.
The tracking parameter is stored by the broker, not by Zabeel Token, and its lifetime depends on the broker's cookie settings. If you prefer not to be tracked, you can open the broker's site directly in a new tab instead of clicking the link, or clear cookies after visiting. The trading risk does not change either way: bitcoin is volatile, leverage is a cap rather than a target, and at 1:500 a 0.10-lot position needs about $385.00 margin, which can be lost quickly.
How long anything is kept and what deletes it
Calculator inputs are kept only for the browser session and are deleted when you close the tab or clear the page. The local preference for the last instrument you selected stays in local storage until you clear browser data or the browser evicts it. Traffic counts are kept in aggregate for a limited reporting window and are not tied to a person, so there is no individual record to expire. Emails sent to the site are kept only until the question is answered and are then removed.
What deletes data is mostly you: clearing cookies and local storage removes the preference and the analytics cookie, and closing the tab removes the calculator inputs. On our side, aggregate counts roll off after the reporting window, and email threads are deleted once resolved. There is no archive of calculator inputs to delete because none is created. If you ask for deletion of an email you sent, we remove it from the mailbox and confirm.
Broker data follows the broker's retention rules, not ours. How long FxPro keeps account records, transfer records, and KYC documents depends on its own policy and on UAE regulatory requirements, and Zabeel Token cannot delete or shorten that. If you want a broker record removed, the request goes to FxPro Global Markets MENA Ltd. The regulator caveat for the UAE is that FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA, and its privacy notice sets out its retention periods.
The cookies this site sets and what each kind is for
Zabeel Token sets two kinds of first-party cookies: a necessary cookie that keeps the page working during your visit, and an analytics cookie that counts visits in aggregate. The necessary cookie does not track you across other sites and expires when you close the browser. The analytics cookie records that a page was viewed and roughly where the visit came from, but it does not store your name or trading details. Neither cookie is used to build an advertising profile.
Broker cookies are the broker's own and are set only after you follow a link to FxPro. Those cookies belong to FxPro Global Markets MENA Ltd. and are governed by its privacy policy, not this one. Zabeel Token does not read, set, or control them. If you want to know what FxPro stores when you open an account, the answer depends on the broker's own cookie and privacy notices, which you should read before registering. The regulator caveat for the UAE is that FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without breaking the calculators, because the calculators run in your browser and do not depend on a cookie to work. Blocking the analytics cookie only reduces the visit counts we see; it does not limit any feature. There is no cookie consent wall on this site because we do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you clear cookies, the necessary cookie is set again on your next visit, and the analytics cookie starts a new count.
Your rights over data and the exact steps to use them
You have the right to ask what Zabeel Token holds about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. In practice the answer is usually that we hold nothing that identifies you, because calculator inputs stay in your browser and we do not store names or emails. To use the right, send a request to the site's contact address and say what you want checked, corrected, or deleted. We will confirm what exists and act on it, and if nothing identifies you we will say so plainly.
You also have the right to object to analytics and to withdraw any consent you gave by blocking the analytics cookie in your browser. That is a setting on your device, not a request to us, and it takes effect immediately. If you have emailed the site, you can ask for that email to be deleted and we will remove it from the mailbox. These rights apply to the small amount of data the site controls; they do not extend to data held by FxPro, which you must request from the broker directly.
To exercise a right, be specific: state the email address you used, the date you wrote, and the action you want. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge for a routine request. If your request concerns a broker account, a local UAE bank transfer, or KYC documents, it is outside this site's control and must go to FxPro Global Markets MENA Ltd. The regulator caveat for the UAE is that FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA, and its own complaints route applies.
What Zabeel Token stores and what it deliberately does not
Zabeel Token stores only what is needed to run the page: the numbers you type into the bitcoin calculators, which stay in your browser's memory for the session, and basic traffic counts that record page views without tying them to a person. We do not store your name, email, phone number, trading account details, or any KYC documents. Nothing you type into a calculator is written to a server or saved to a database, so there is no stored record of your position size, entry price, or margin figure to retrieve later.
We do not store payment details, because the site does not process deposits or withdrawals. Funding methods such as cards, bank transfer, or e-wallets are handled entirely by the broker you choose, not by Zabeel Token. We also do not store your IP address in a form that identifies you, and we do not build a profile of your trading interests. If you send an email to the site, that message exists in the mailbox only for as long as it takes to answer it, and it is not added to a marketing list.
The site stores a small local preference so the calculator remembers the instrument you last selected, such as bitcoin (BTC/USD) with 1 lot = 1 BTC and pip = 1.0. That preference sits in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it. We do not store the reference price of ≈77000.0 as a personal record; it is a static figure shown on the page and is not linked to you. Anything not listed here is not stored by us.
The third parties that can see a visit and what they receive
The third parties involved are the broker FxPro Global Markets MENA Ltd., the analytics provider that counts page views, and the hosting provider that serves the page. The broker sees a visit only after you click a link to its site. The analytics provider receives an aggregated page-view count and does not receive the numbers you type into the calculators. The hosting provider processes the request for the page itself and does not receive your calculator inputs, because those never leave the browser.
No other third party receives data from this site. We do not sell data, we do not pass email addresses to advertisers, and we do not share calculator inputs with anyone. If you use a local UAE bank transfer to fund a broker account, that transfer is between you, your bank, and the broker; Zabeel Token is not a party to it and never sees the transfer details. The regulator caveat for the UAE remains that FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA, and its own privacy policy governs what it collects.
The analytics provider is configured to receive aggregate counts only, so it cannot identify a reader from the data it gets. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and uptime, and those logs are not combined with calculator inputs. If you object to any third party seeing a visit, you can block analytics cookies and open broker links in a private window. The site will still work, because the calculators run locally and do not need a third party to function.
Broker cookies are the broker's own
A broker sets its own cookies under its own policy. When you follow a link to a broker such as FxPro and open an account, that broker's site applies its cookie and privacy terms, and the desk does not control them.
Read the broker's policy before you sign up, because that is the party holding your account and your funds. The regulator fact the desk relies on for FxPro is exactly this: FxPro is licensed by the FCA (UK), CySEC and FSCA, and the broker's own documents set out how it handles your data.
